Shipping

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.  Please make sure to enter in your correct email address and shipping address as we may not be able to change once your order has been placed.

No orders are sent or processed from Friday to Sunday as we are closed.

During promotion or sale we do experience longer shipping times due to volume of parcels being sent, please take this into consideration.

We are closed from the 23rd December till 10th January. Any orders will be sent out from the 10th of January.

Pick ups: we do allow pick ups. please allow 1-2 days processing time, please make sure to enter the correct email as this is how we will contact you to arrange a time/date. You will also need to bring your invoice with you.
